Jim is one half of the “Catlette Team” at Continental Properties. Jim worked as a public school teacher for 30 years. His last 20 were at Langley High School in McLean where he developed an acclaimed Case Day program teaching about the U.S. Supreme Court which is now in its 25th year. Through the kindnesses of the late Justice Antonin Scalia and the 19th Clerk of the Court, William K. Suter, it has been deemed as probably the best teaching method devised for bringing understanding to students about how the Court functions.

When it comes to housing, Jim believes in handicap accessibility, all things green, and has vast experience in house renovation and staging.
