Bill moved from the state of New York to Washington, DC in 1982 landing in the Dupont Circle neighborhood; later he moved to his current home in Adams Morgan.  He has been a Realtor® since the late ’80s and concentrates exclusively on DC, primarily the Northwest and Northeast quadrants.  He has a deep knowledge of both the single family home and condominium markets.  Over the years Bill, himself,  has renovated various homes and keeps himself fully updated on renovation financing options for both his investor clients and those homebuyers looking for a fixer-upper . 

He has a number of clients who have done multiple transactions with him, but also especially enjoys the excitement of working with first-time buyers; he shows an abundance of patience and empathy for clients newly experiencing what can seem like a physically and mentally taxing process.  He is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In the years before his move to Washington, Bill grew up just outside Albany, New York, and was later educated in western New York, in beautiful Ithaca.  Whenever he can he especially enjoys adventures abroad and values meeting the many people in DC who seem to share that passion for travel.   He has a similar interest in architecture and design, and enjoys meticulously preparing properties for market, carefully arranging the myriad elements that contribute to a profitable sale.  In helping buyers find valuable properties, the knowledge gained from his renovation work proves especially vital.  All his clients especially value his commitment to rapid responsiveness and steady communication with them.
