Jim first moved to Washington, DC in 1987 to attend the George Washington University, and has essentially remained here ever since. He resides in the downtown inner city, where he has been selling real estate since 1996. He has seen tremendous change in the Nation’s Capital over his long tenure and is intimately familiar with its varied and diverse neighborhoods.

When he’s not working, he’s most often found playing ice hockey at one of the many local rinks. A native of Maine, he has a great appreciation for the outdoors, and loves to put a pack on his back and spend time exploring mother nature’s majestic parks and playgrounds. He would call the mountains his second home and believes in maintaining a healthy work/life balance..
